Panoramia Villas are located on a stunning 60 acre bushland property just outside the leafy green township of Myrtleford, in the heart of north-east Victoria. 

Myrtleford is fast becoming a popular 'hub' for visitors staying in the region as it is centrally located to nearby hotspots such as Bright, Beechworth, Milawa & Yackandandah. Known for its natural beauty,  with 4 very distinct seasons attracting visitors all year round, it's the perfect destination for your next stay. 

Our luxury accommodation provides six beautifully styled, architecturally designed self-contained spacious villas, overlooking panoramic views of the Ovens Valley.  Each luxury villa features king size beds, designer styling, premium bed linen & towels and boutique ammenities.

Our Tsuchi Snugs #1 and #2 are our newest villas, featuring an earth top garden roof, providing year-round ambient temperature and comfort. Snug 2 has been thoughtfully designed to be accessiblity friendly for our guests with specific needs.

Our Marrakesh & Jodhpur villas #3 and #4 sit perched high on the hillside, displaying dramatic views from the balcony, feature a private bath tub in the spacious bedroom and a fire place  in the  living area for the cooler months.

Our Peking & Kyoto villas #5 and #6  are our larger 2 bedroom villas, thoughtfully designed each bedroom featuring it's own private ensuite perfect for 2 couples staying together, and with the flexibility of king or single beds plus a single sofa bed in the living room making it ideal for families or small groups.
